At Smart Aging LLC, we stand behind all of the products and services we sell. We aim for 100% Customer Satisfaction! We are sorry for any inconvenience and are eager to assist you.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from us, you can return unopened packages (following procedures outlined below) for a full, no-questions-asked refund in the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
There is no restocking fee, and you will not be charged for our cost in shipping the product to you. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to the address designated by Smart Aging LLC. All items must be returned fully insured for the purchase price and tracking information obtained and provided upon request. Once we receive the returned products, we will credit your account or issue a refund within 14 days and/or after inspection and approval of returned merchandise by the receiving warehouse, whichever comes first. After a product has shipped, or in cases where we are asked to but no longer able to stop the shipment of a product, except in cases where products are not eligible to be returned, all regular Return policies and procedures apply.
IN ALL CASES, we will always strive to meet the needs of all of our Customers as best as we are reasonably able. Any product sent in complete error will of course have no cost to you in its return.
RETURN OF DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Any product received that is damaged or defective will be replaced or repaired (depending on the manufacturer's policy) at no additional cost, with no return shipping charge for defective product, and provided that Smart Aging LLC is notified by customer within 2 business days of receipt. ALL RETURNS: To return ANY product, the above conditions must be met and procedures below followed for proper processing:
1. Contact Customer Care by calling 1-800-AGING21 (1-800-244-6421) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, obtain specified Shipment Return Address, and follows relevant instructions. Items received without an RMA will not be credited.
2. Warehouse must receive items within 15 days of an RMA Number being issued.
3. A copy of your original packing slip must be included in the box with the returned product(s).
4. Contact customer care with tracking number by email to Returns@SmartAging.com or by calling 1-800-244-6421.
PLEASE NOTE: MANY INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT PAGES HAVE A RETURNS POLICY Tab which should ALSO be looked at for any, if any, additional EXCLUSIONS & REQUIREMENTS. Generally, non-stock (items not typically stocked in our warehouses) or special order and custom items are not eligible for return.
Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on most opened packages or used items. Returns, when other conditions are met, are accepted when both authorized and sent back within 30 days of purchase. No items under any circumstances may be returned under any circumstances after 30 days of delivery and/or receipt to/by customer.
